To join the world's largest children's publisher and develop advertising campaigns for debut authors and bestselling books and brands.


+ Manage and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for all of Scholastic's trade division including media buying and media planning for consumer and industry ads.

+ Strengthen relationships with key vendors and research new advertising opportunities allowing us to expand our strategy and audience reach.

+ Analyze all ad campaign reports and use findings to create stronger campaigns and advertising strategies.

+ Access Adobe Analytics for all advertising to gain on demand insight for our campaigns.

+ Work across the 5 marketing teams and consult with them to brainstorm and strategize marketing campaigns each season.

+ Continuously negotiate added value and lower rates with outside vendors allowing us to use our budgets most effectively and efficiently.

+ Co-manage all social media advertising with the social media manager and the brand managers


+ 3 or more years of media planning and buying experience

+ The ability to collaborate with multiple teams

+ Solid communication skills

+ A Bachelor's degree
