Manager of Distribution & Partnerships (Remote)- Wyndham Vacatio
**WVRNA Manager of Distribution & Partnerships**

Vacation Rentals (WVR) North America is looking for a Manager of Distribution and
Partnerships responsible for maximizing overall revenue through internal and third
party distribution channels. This
position will proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and will partner
with other Wyndham revenue generating disciplines and external companies. The position requires hand on business
development and project management skills with the ability to effectively
communicate at various levels of the organization and driving revenue
results. The Manager of Distribution and
Partnerships will maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders,
including Revenue Generation Team, Wyndham Destination Staff, and all third
party distribution partners.


Support short and
long term distribution strategy for WVRNA and develop systems and process to
achieve financial objectives.

Build and maintain
strong and sustainable working relationships with internal and external
distribution partners.

Partner with WVR
Revenue Management teams to identify and unlock market-specific distribution

Fully understand
and be able to articulate WVRNA value proposition and product mix to internal
and external partners.

Find profitable
opportunities by identifying and qualifying distribution channels in accordance
with WVRNA short and long-term strategy.

Analyze current
business and recommend market specific changes by channel, segment and product
ensuring maximum financial results.

Create SOP for
new channels and partnerships to help support each location when rolling out
new distribution channels into each location including step by step setup
assistance, fulfillment support and process flow.

understanding of location pricing concepts, yield management optimization,
selling strategies as well as constructing ROI analysis.

knowledge of CRS and RMS with an understating of other integrated systems such
as Property Management System, Global Distribution Systems, etc.

distribution issues impacting WVR and implement action plans or make necessary recommendations
for remedial action.

Act as knowledge
expert and a highly informed communicator on existing or emerging distribution/channel

Understand the basic
capabilities of WVR's technology and architecture in all markets to properly
and creatively enable access to inventory.

Work with corporate,
regional and local management teams on targeted distribution initiatives and
work with Legal, Finance and IT to operationalize those initiatives.

Provide the
management team with regular updates and channel performance.

**Qualifications and Experience** :

+ 2-4 years of business development, revenue management or hospitality industry experience

+ Proven experience in improving 3 rd party distribution performance

+ A passion for keeping abreast of new trends in hospitality

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Ability to be flexible to changing demands

+ Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Products

+ Ability to work/manage multiple projects independently

+ Experience working with revenue management, marketing, legal and IT

+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

+ Travel Percentage: 5-10%
